The add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the add-on.

4. Intellectual Property

The Text Styles™ name and logo are trademarks of Leland Cuellar. This ToS does not grant rights to use trademarks, names, or logos.

The add-on’s source code is made available under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license. You may use, modify, and share the code for non-commercial purposes under that license. Commercial use (including selling, paid hosting, or bundling in paid products) requires a separate commercial license; contact info: see below.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
